At this point, Chrome allows automatic generation only for one form on a page. If there are multiple forms suitable for generation, Chrome would offer generation only for one form.

https://www.macmillanlearning.com/Catalog/Login (Chrome (mistakenly) offers  generation on the login form, the navigation to the sign-up form doesn't re-create PasswordGenerationAgent, so generation is available 
 only for the login form, but not for sign-up form)
