Network tab in shared worker dev tools window doesn't display network information

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to website which work with shared worker (gmail)
2. Go to chrome://inspect
3. Open dev tools for shared/service worker
4. Go to Network tab

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Network tab doesn't display networks information and crash with error

Tested this issue on Mac OS 10.13.3 and Windows 10 on the reported version 67.0.3396.99 and the latest Canary 69.0.3493.0 and unable to reproduce the issue b following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and logged into gmail account.
2. Navigated to chrome://inspect -> Service Workers and clicked on Inspect.
3. Cannot observe any error on the network tab.
Attached is the screen cast for reference.

Request you to check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue.

Also request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations.

Sorry, maybe my steps to reproduce wasn't clear
Actually u saw a bug with empty network tab but u need to open dev tool for shared worker dev tools to see the error

Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 17.10 on the latest Stable 67.0.3396.99 and latest Canary 69.0.3493.0 as per the original comment.
