Regression: Ubertray options are seen missing when docked magnifier is enabled |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3491.0/10881.0.0 dev channel Peppy,Kip,Reks OS:Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into user >> Keep Shelf position to left/right side (2)Enable docked magnifier >> Open ubertray in Expand mode and observe Actual: Ubertray options are seen missing when docked magnifier is enabled Expected: Able to view all the options at ubertray when docked magnifier is enabled This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3480.0/10847.0.0 dev Attached the screencast for reference..

Will you test this again on the latest build? I think this won't happen on latest M69 because we've turned off the new uber tray on that milestone. Additionally, we've changed the location of the tray in case of vertical shelf position (left or right). So the tray has more space now. Issue 863839 and Issue 865884 are relevant issues which we are aware of.

Re-tested the issue on latest available ToT -70.0.3511.0/10946.0.0 and observed issue is still reproducible. Please find the attached screencast for reference.. Thanks!

Thanks. I could confirm this on 70.0.3509.0. The window is truncated despite there's seemingly enough space. In such case it sometimes looks missing some controls, depending on the available screen size. The appearance differs depending on screen size and zoom, but the problem would be common to all devices.

I think this is partially owing to a fix crrev.com/c/1141750 made for Issue 858957 .

The fix above is not perfect but improves it for some devices. Please verify if it helps. This is essentially the same issue as 865884. That issue can be resolved by implementing pagination feature, which is tracked by Issue 819945. |
