What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Zoom in fully using Ctrl+Shift+'+' and click on ubertray>> Observe Date and battery percentage seen chopped 

Actual: Date and battery percentage are seen chopped. When resetting from zoom also its seen chopped 
Expected: No such issue should be seen 

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3464.0/10806.0.0 dev

Note : Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
