chrome 30 enable harmony_collections

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. on chrome30, add --harmony_collections command-line
2. chrome can not startup
3. crash

What is the expected behavior?
no crash, can enable collections features successfully.

What went wrong?
I want enable some ES6 features,Ex: Map,Set.So I add --harmony_collections command-line, but it crashed. it report "ThrowRedeclarationError".

I must use chrome30 and can not update the newest version. So why it report error when i enable harmony_collections?
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Chrome 30 is no longer supported. 

That flag no longer exists in Chrome and I don't know the state of that flag in Chrome 30. But ES6 features hadn't shipped in that release so it means they weren't completed yet so you are trying to enable a feature that was in development at the time so unexpected results are expected.

Suggest you really move to a later version of Chrome.
