platform_CompressedSwap.py failed on 8GB RAM machine

Running platform_CompressedSwap.py on Yorp 8GB RAM, failed with message "FAIL: We did not get low memory notification!".

The root cause is that platform_CompressedSwap allocate at most 200 * 50 MB = 10000 MB and cannot meet the low memory notification criteria on DUT with 8GB RAM.

platform_CompressedSwap should be modified to allocate more memory on DUT with more RAM.
