The color picker tool doesn't open anymore when clicking on a color-box in the Inspector under Elements > Styles.

What is the expected behavior?
Color picker tool should open after clicking on color-box.

What went wrong?
Color picker tool doesn't open anymore after updating chrome to 67 update.

Did this work before? Yes 66

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Looks like a duplicate of  bug 851311  fixed in Chrome 68.
Try opening devtools settings, then click "Restore defaults and reload" button.
