Click on border of the address bar refreshes or goes back to previous page

Issue descriptionIf you click on the border of the address bar (As shown in the picture), it either refreshes the page or navigates you back to the previous page. For a brand new tab it goes to about:page. This issue is present in stable, beta, dev and canary. Resetting or using a new profile, incognito all exhibit the same issue.
