Many of the users mention Mac OS Mojave 10.14. One report of starting after upgrade to Mojave.

The earliest m67 mentioned is 67.0.3396.99, released 6/25 which matches the first forum reports.

The problem persists in beta m68.

For some, but not all, it's fixed in dev m69

There was an unconfirmed suggestion that it's related to the flag #omnibox-ui-vertical-margin.

If you want connect with users, use the Darshit thread. I've been redirecting users to watch there.
