fecth-catch write red-errors

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. fetch(url).catch(error)
2. off internet
3. try fetch
2. see console logs

What is the expected behavior?
get only catch error

What went wrong?
appear red text-error

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

I don't think, that two messages must shown in this case
