VS Code freezes / hangs Pixelbook in Crostini

Platform: 10866.1.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run VSCode in Crostini
2. Select File...Open

What is the expected behavior?
File open dialog appears

What went wrong?
Pixelbook UI completely hangs and requires power cycle

Crashed report ID: No

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3486.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 10866.1.0
Flash Version: 30.0.0.134 

Generally VS Code is unstable in Crostini, especially things that involve menus and toolbars.

It's not just an issue with VS Code. I wasn't doing anything other than just browsing the web. I do have crostini enabled but I was not using any Linux apps at the time.

No, sorry. Not fixed. This has happened to me at least twice over the past couple of days.
