Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use the mouse to select a portion of the URL in the title bar.
2. Use cmd+C to copy the selection.
3. Paste the selection somewhere and examine the pasted text.

What is the expected behavior?
Only the selected portion of the title bar should be copied.

What went wrong?
The entire URL is copied, ignoring the mouse selection.

I believe that it used to work but am unsure.
