A key is kept pressing without my fingers when Linux app window comes active

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10866.1.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3486.0 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10866.1.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve Steps to reproduce the problem: (Uncertainty) 1. Launch a Linux app 2. Make it background and wait for a minute 3. Make it foreground What is the expected behavior? A key shouldn't be kept pressing What went wrong? A key is kept pressing as software. The key is different every time, but Space key is the most common. Press any key and stop it. Did this work before? Yes 69.0.3464.0 (Platform version: 10798.0.0), probably. Chrome version: 69.0.3486.0 Channel: dev OS Version: 10866.1.0 Flash Version: 30.0.0.134 It has already occurred since 69.0.3473.0 (Platform version: 10820.0.0)
