[PIP] Window size eventually gets smaller when PiP'd videos are different aspect ratios

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to a page with videos of various aspect ratios[1]
(2) PiP video #1.
(3) PiP video #2.

What is the expected result?
Video switches in window without resizing, taking aspect ratio into consideration.

What happens instead?
Video switches in window and gets smaller.

This seems to work just fine on trunk (Linux).
