[PIP] Blank PiP window when switching to new videos in some playlists.

Chrome Version: 69.0.3492.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to a youtube playlist[1]
(2) Enter PiP mode.
(3) Play through to next video in playlist.
(4) Observe PiP window is now black.

What is the expected result?
Play new video in PiP window.

What happens instead?
PiP window is black.
