wi-fi connect keeps turning off

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. reset chrome book
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
should just allow me to connect to wi-fi

What went wrong?
automatically switches off...unable to turn back

this is intermittent...feels like an interruption when accessing websites before switching off with a line through the connection symbol
