Chrome FR: ability to find text that breaks in two lines in PDF documents

Project Member Reported by ggaroz@google.com, Jul 13

Issue description

Summary:
When viewing a PDF document on Chrome, customer wants to be able to find (Ctrl + F) a single phrase that breaks in two lines.

For example, in the following text:

"This is a sentence
that breaks in two lines."

customer is not able to find the words "sentence that breaks". He could only find "sentence" or "that breaks" (and so on) as they are in the same line.

Happens on Chrome for Desktop.

Use case / Motivation:
- About 10 users are affected in their business and want to be able to find complete phrases as it expedites and let them do accurate searches in PDF documents.
- He wants this feature as he's able to do so in other browsers like Firefox and IE.

Existing workarounds:
- Reduce the amount of keywords.
