Updated media controls icon

[Where is the poor translation?]
Following on from this CL:

https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1134480

We have changed the "closed captions" icon in the native media controls
from a "CC" icon to a subtitle icon in all regions except for "en",
"en-US", "es-419" and "pt-BR" which will stay with the "CC" icon.

Please can the following translations be updated to use subtitle instead
of closed captions for all locales except the four listed above?
