Thanks for the report. However, I think the CORB error there is likely a false positive, since it's for http://pr-cdn.oneaffiniti.com and it came immediately after a 403 (Forbidden) response from that server shown in the DevTools console. That means the response was an error (likely an XML file given the message), and it likely couldn't have been used properly by the page even if CORB hadn't blocked it.

Instead, I think something else is probably causing the 403 error for you. Does the error still occur in an Incognito window (or an otherwise clean Chrome profile)? I'm curious if something about your current profile might be causing it.

If it is reproducible in Incognito, you can check if the CORB error goes away on Chrome Canary, since Chrome 69+ avoids false positive CORB warnings for error pages after the fix for issue 844178 .

If you continue to see problems on the page in Chrome Canary, you check whether they go away by disabling CORB by starting Chrome with this command line flag:
--disable-features=CrossSiteDocumentBlockingAlways,CrossSiteDocumentBlockingIfIsolating

Or by disabling Site Isolation + CORB:
 --disable-features=IsolateOrigins,site-per-process,CrossSiteDocumentBlockingAlways,CrossSiteDocumentBlockingIfIsolating

Let us know if either of those flags is what it takes to resolve the problem, since I suspect they won't affect it.
