[User Feedback - Canary] In Duplex mode, the home, tab and menu buttons appear at both the top and the bottom

User feedback:
"In Chrome Home aka Duplex aka Duet mode, the home, tab, and menu buttons should be removed from top toolbar. They are redundant and it looks bad having the same buttons twice. Also, for the bottom bar's menu button, the menu should be right aligned the same as it would be if you were using the menu from the top bar."
