Chromium r549031 - puppeteer doesn't display the webpages correctly

Reported by florian....@finanzcheck.de, Jul 13

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install Puppeteer 1.3 (which tells me it downloads Chromium r549031)
2. Start Puppeteer and visit any webpage

What is the expected behavior?
It should display the webpage as is

What went wrong?
It seems that this specific Chromium version which gets installed with that specific puppeteer version breaks webpages.

Though I know that it worked before. With the very same puppeteer version.
Yet I don't know which Chromium version got installed back then.
It's not only my machine. I know it breaks for my colleague with the same MacOS version as well.

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.4

The issue seems to be out of TE-scope as it is related to puppeteer, which is an automated tool for e2e chrome testing. Hence, adding label TE-NeedsTriageHelp for further investigation from dev team.

Thanks...!!
