[Mac views] All the options are not seen when we right click in omnibox

Chrome Version:# 69.0.3488.0
OS: MacOS 10.13.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable 'Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa.' in about://flags
(2) Relaunch chrome
(3) Click on omnibox
(4) Right click on omnibox and observe all the options

What is the expected result?
All the options under services section should be shown when mac views flag is enabled.

What happens instead?
Only 'speech', 'Writing direction' option are seen at the bottom of the popup in the omnibox when mac views flag is enabled.

Please confirm is this an intended behaviour?

Tested this issue on Mac 10.13.5 using chrome reported version-	69.0.3493.0 as per C#0.

Observation:
------------
1.Observed all options under >services when we right click on omnibox (after selecting text).
2. But Context menu upon right click is not in mac views mode where it is displayed in normal mode.
3. Mac views context menu is not displayed upon right click on any windows 

Please find the attached screencast of reported & latest canary versions & let us know your observations on the same.
