Weird artifact on the bookark toolbar

69.0.3490.0 Canary

  0. Configure Chrome in RTL (There is a flag in experimental settings), restart the app.
  1. Open bookmarks, navigate to mobile bookmarks 
  2. Swipe back to the top level
  3. Observe the toolbar mid-swipe
