Autofill Suggestion doesn't reflect Edits from Settings > Autofill Form

Project Member Reported by martijnb@chromium.org, Jul 13

Issue description

Chrome Version: 69.0.3490 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
OS: iOS 12.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to Settings > Autofill Forms and Edit the Full Name of an existing Autofill profile
(2) Load a website with a Name input field.
(3) The full name doesn't represent the new Full Name. Chrome still autofills the old name, even though the Settings > Autofill Forms show the new name.

What is the expected result?
Update the edited name so it will be suggested and filled in autofill form.

What happens instead?
The old name is suggested and filled in the autofill form.

The source of the bug seems to be the fact that in Settings > Autofill, the "Full Name" is a single field, merging the first and last name, whereas originally "asdasa" was tagged as a "First Name".

It should overwrite the values for first and last names.

+parastoog@ who will be looking a this kind of issue in Q3.

I think the settings page should split the names into 3 parts, which will also be useful for people with multiple first/last names.
