Regression: US option is still seen in ubertray even when Input options from chrome://settings/languages is enabled

Chrome Version:  69.0.3486.0/10866.1.0 Dev channel Daisy,Kip,Paine
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Navigate to chrome://settings/languages
(2)Click on Input method and Enable 'Show input options in the shelf' toggle button and observe

Expected: When 'Show input options in the shelf' toggle button is enabled, the US option in ubertray should vanish 
Actual: When 'Show input options in the shelf' toggle button is enabled, the US option in ubertray is not getting vanished and 2 times US is seen in shelf area

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3457.0/10784.0.0 dev

Note : Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

Removing UI>Input>VirtualKeyboard component as it seems to be a fix from uber tray side.
