Regression: Unable to view the screenshots when ubertray is opened |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:69.0.3486.0/10866.1.0 dev channel Daisy,Kip,Paine OS: Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into user >> keep open ubertray >> Take a sample screenshot (3)Again take another screenshot and observe at ubertray Actual: Black patch is seen on ubertray while taking multiple screenshots Expected: Taken screenshot should appear instead of black patch This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3480.0/10847.0.0 dev Attached the screencast for reference..

This is not happened on M69, since the unified system tray is punted to M70.
