Bookmark editor dialog needs a less verbose description

On Chrome stable + NVDA, adding a bookmark using ctrl+D causes NVDA to speak the following:
Bookmark added, alert, Name, folder, bookmark name edit, selected, <page title>


We can edit GetAccessibleNodeData [1] to provide a shorter description.

didn't know what i was talking about, i think this is fine actually.
