2. Select:

Test suite: rendering.desktop
Bot: Win7 NVIDIA GPU Perf

It will take a long time before the "Subtest" field becomes visible, and no spinner is visible to indicate that background processing is happening. This is confusing.

Same issue happens after selecting for example "mean_frame_time" from the subtests -- no spinner while the benchmark list is being loaded.
