Issue descriptionChrome Version : 69.0.3489.0 Revision 66d7b6411564744a0d3589943331a0a7db096a3d-refs/branch-heads/3489@{#1} (64 bit) OS: Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Mac (10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14) & Linux (14.04 LTS) Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://bookmarks/ page. 2. Now right click to open context menu and select 'Add new folder' option and Observe the overlay. Actual Result: Unnecessary extra space is seen between the textfield and buttons. Expected Result: Space between the textfield and buttons should be seen properly. This is a Regression issue seen from 'M-69' and providing the bisect info below: Good Build: 69.0.3464.0 (Revision: 567919) Bad Build: 69.0.3466.0 (Revision: 568694) You are probably looking for a change made after 568240 (known good), but no later than 568241 (first known bad).
