What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to above url and clcik on ADD TO CHROME button
(2) Launch app and sign in into hangouts, then click on 'New Conversation'
(3) Observe phone icon.

Actual: Phone icon gets overlapped with ghost text in hangouts app.

Expected: Phone icon should not gets overlapped with ghost text in hangouts app.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M67', below is bisect info:

Good Build:67.0.3365.0
Bad Build: 67.0.3368.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 542017 (known good), but no later than 542018 (first known bad).
