[FR] Policy to Restrict Cache/Cookies/History on Chrome for Mobile/Tablet

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.To Launch a Chrome browser with a user signed in to the Chrome profile using mobile/tablets
2. Browse using the Chrome for mobile/tablet while cache and cookies are not being saved

What is the expected behavior?
Cache and cookies on Chrome for mobile/tablet is being saved when using the regular window

What went wrong?
Same policy works only on Chrome browser for AFE Tablets and Chromebooks

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10575.58.0
Flash Version: 

- For G Suite business accounts
- Without the use of incognito window
- Either a policy from the Admin Console or a GPO template

What is the policy to enable this on desktop / Chrome OS?

In general, I would think this probably falls into the Enterprise team's area though -- my team doesn't own Enterprise (anymore).
