What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to Playstore >> Click to open any app
(2)Now click back page arrow icon(<-) and  observe the header

Actual: Unwanted flickering is seen at header on clicking back page arrow
Expected: No such unwanted flickering should be seen at header on clicking back page arrow

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 

Note: Issue is not seen Linux,Windows, Other chrome OS devices
