mccloud: Volume of loopback is too small

I found chromeos4-row2-rack11-host15 and chromeos4-row2-rack11-host20 can't get loopback stream well. It affects audio_CRASFormatConversion test and audio_CrasLoopback test on mccloud.

@kalin, can you help me check the loop dangle on these devices? Maybe just change the new one. Thanks.

By the way, the same device on chromeos4-row2-rack11-host21 work well.
