The minidump can not always generated by breakpad when there is a crash occurred.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. keep breakpad enabled;
2. use chrome to browse webpage (e.g run autotest program);
3. repeat step 2 until there is a crash occurred.

What is the expected behavior?
minidump file will be always generated successfully.  

What went wrong?
Sometimes minidump file can not be generated,and we can see 
"google-breakpad: Failed to generate minidump." from the log.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.111  Channel: stable
OS Version: 7.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 30.0 r0

However,the probability of this problem is low, it is difficult to reappear.

What is the root cause of it, and has it been resolved in the new version of chromium ?

@reporter: Could you please confirm details of device(i.e;device name,OS,build number) in which you are seeing this issue along with screen-cast of the issue for better understanding and triaging further.
Also please check by updating chrome to latest chrome stable #67.0.3396.87 and let us know if issue persists.

Detail of device: Huawei Mate9, EMUI 5.0, Android 7.0, Chromium 63.0.3239.111.

Because the crash occurred in our autotest program which ran continuously for several days, it is very hard to catch screen-cast.

For updating the truth is like this,our project is a browser project which is just based on Chromium 63.0.3239.111,it is hard for us to update to #67.0.3396.87 right now.
