Chrome Version : Google Chrome is up to date
Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Using MI Drop in a motel. worked at home before I left and tried this in the motel

A listing of all the photos on my Samsung phone
What happens instead?
An error message

Thanks for filing the issue... @Reporter: Could you please provide specific/proper steps to reproduce the issue for better triaging this issue.Also confirm that issue is specific to Android/windows. If the issue with chrome then provide "chrome://crashes/" report. Thanks..!
