Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3486.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Update to 69.0.3486.0 2. Open multiple tabs 3. Cannot see (or make out) which is the currently selected tab What is the expected behavior? We should be able to tell quickly which is the currently selected tabs amongst all the open tabs. What went wrong? Can no longer see the tabs Did this work before? Yes Previous release build. Chrome version: 69.0.3486.0 Channel: dev OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Able to reproduce issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.99 & on latest chrome 69.0.3486.0 using Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 . Hence providing bisect information below. Same here 69.0.3497.23 (Official Build) beta (64-bit). Makes Chrome quite hard to use!
