Why new chrome is asking this (attached screenshot)

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I don't know.
2. It is on Samsung Galaxy S9+
3. Latest stock

What is the expected behavior?
I never seen this

What went wrong?
Don't know why it is asking this.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 69.0.3488.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 69.0.3488
Flash Version: 

Don't know why it is asking this. I am seeing this for the first time.

Thanks for the report. This looks like Android is asking your permission before giving your Google account data to Chrome. This prompt might be specific to this device manufacturer which may be why you haven't seen it before. If you don't want to give Chrome access to your Google account, you should be able to deny the request.

Since this tracker is for bugs in the Chrome browser and I don't think this is a bug, I'm going to go ahead and close this bug.
