I'm looking. This doesn't make much sense because the WPT change listed in comment 0 didn't change anything about cookie-store, fetch, push-api, etc. All the changes and tests *did* have to do with idls and idlharness. It seems there's multiple changes being done to idlharness (not necessarily in the WPT change above) causing failures in Chrome's infra. I don't think this has to do with workers, just idlharness WPT tests. Adding Blink>Infra>Ecosystem for that. The updating expectations CL landed in r574164 which was part of build #8830.
