Implement multiple-line-ellipsis

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Fragmentation of Overflow describes multiple-line-ellipsis using the new continue and max-lines CSS properties.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Only non-standard multiple-line-ellipsis using line-clamp and old flexbox.

Does this work in other browsers? N/A
