Regression: Weird Loading symbol is seen while switching between record video and take picture in Camera app

Chrome Version:69.0.3480.0/10865.0.0 dev channel Peach-pit,Daisy
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Open Camera app
(2)Switch between record video/take picture and observe the loading icon

Actual: Weird loading symbol is seen while switching between record video and take picture
Expected: No such weird loading symbol should be seen while switching between record video and take picture

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-68 beta

Note: Issue is not seen in Candy,Peppy,Gnawty,Swanky,Blaze,Reks,Celes,Samus,Paine.

Please check Camera app versions on both M68 (working fine) and M69 (regression); are they the same?

What devices did you use in Actual.png/Actual.mp4/Expected.mp4?

Camera app versions are same for both M68 (working fine)and M69 (regression) i.e, Version: 5.1.0

For Actual.png/Actual.mp4 - Peach-pit,Daisy devices are used with latest chrome version # 69.0.3480.0/10865.0.0 dev
For Expected.mp4 - Daisy device is used with chrome version #68.0.3440.40/10718.34.0 beta

Yuli, the loading spinner is just a svg file, right? It seems that how chrome displays a svg changes?

It seems Chrome regression in M69. Please try the latest Chrome builds and see if it still repro?

Could you route this bug to Chrome UI team?
With the same CCA, M69 has this regression while M68 is working fine.

Omri/Trevor, do you know if this spinner is generated by Chrome and if so, who should we forward this to on the Chrome UI team?

This spinner is a svg resource from CCA; it used to be rendered correctly.
