Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. View About Chrome on Mac 52.0.2743.82 2. Check update message which reports browser is up to date 3. What is the expected behavior? About screen should have indicated that my version was rather badly out of date, but did not. See screenshot attached. Until prompted by the response to another bug report I never searched independently for an updated version since this said I was up to date. What went wrong? Did not update when I should have....perhaps this has been fixed by now, but on the other hand more users like me may be sitting out there with outdated browsers. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 52.0.2743.82 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version:

nlbarber@ - Thanks for filing the issue...!! Could you please check the wrench menu at the top right corner for any update. Please follow below steps to see an update: Normally updates happen in the background when you close and reopen your computer's browser. But if you haven't closed your browser in a while you might see the Chrome menu in the top right change colors: a. Update Chrome A green menu means an update's been available for 2 days. b. update An orange menu means an update's been available for 4 days. c. Red menu A red menu means an update's been available for 7 days. To update Google Chrome: In the top right, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu. Click Update Google Chrome. If you don't see this button, you're on the latest version. Click Relaunch. or please check by refreshing the page at chrome://settings/help and please let us know if any error is seen there. Thanks...!!
