5 grunt DUTs are in "Repair Failed" state

Filtering by platform "grunt" and status "Repair Failed" there appear to be five DUTs that are currently unusable.

These are all hosts that were formerly samus PVT (see: b/110150820), and are failing repair.usb, just like the ones from b/110952374.
