Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have a browser window open with tabs 2. In any of the tabs, play a video, clicking the embedded video's fullscreen button 3. After the video exits fullscreen mode by any means, use browser's open tabs for any length of time. 4. Quit Chrome, leaving tabs open, staying down as long as you like 5. Open Chrome What is the expected behavior? Chrome should open again to exactly the same state you left it in. What went wrong? Chrome instead restores tabs and then immediately enters Mac-native fullscreen app mode Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.9.5 Flash Version: 29.0.0.171 The program didn't always do this, but it's done it for a very long time, didn't know about this forum when I first noticed it

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.87 using Mac 10.12.6 as we don't have Mac 10.9.5. Attaching screencast for reference. Steps: --------- 1. Launched reported chrome 2. Navigated to chrome settings>> enabled "Continue Continue where you left off" 2. Opened multiple tabs on browser window and navigated to URL "https://www.youtube.com/" 3. Enabled fullscreen and came back and left it for some time 4. Quited Chrome with leaving tabs opened and relaunched chrome As we are observed that the same state where left it in. @Reporter: Can you verify this issue with fresh profile that is not having any extensions and apps or reset all the flags. Let us know whether issue still persists. Could you please upgrade to latest chrome stable 67.0.3396.99, you can downlad latest chrome builds here:""https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel"". Thanks.!

Sorry for the delay -- I got to the latest build, created a new user, did the same test in stock Chrome there, same results. There were no other apps running in the new user. Most likely a bug unique to 10.9?

Unfortunately, we no longer support MacOS 10.9 [See [1]]. If this repros with a 10.10 or newer, feel free to reopen. Thanks! [1] https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/7100626?hl=en |
