Reported by nevercmi...@gmail.com, Jul 10

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run chromium (dev) into a sandbox (just like firejail) and add this env flag NO_CHROME_KDE_FILE_DIALOG=1

2. Browse youtube
3. Chromium crashes
