Steps to repro:
1. Go to http://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/
2. Type "asdf" in the "Name" field under Name/Password
3. Click on "CC Fill Form (Superman)" and observe that the name "Superman" has been overwritten, and a password has been inserted
4. Without touching either text field, click submit
5. On the resulting page, the Save Password dialog will offer to save "asdf" as the username, rather than "Superman" which was the displayed value
