Wrong German translation for "Set as default"

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
In the protocol handlers settings in the German locale, "Set as default" is "Als Standardbrowser festlegen", which means "Set as default browser".

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: stable

Tested the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #67.0.3396.99 and latest canary #69.0.3488.0.

Attached a screen shot for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Launched chrome browser and changed the browser language to "German".
2. Navigated to chrome://settings/handlers.
3. Observed that there was no option to "Set as default".

reporter@ - Could you please let us know where the option to "Set as default" is seen in the screen shot at comment #0 i.e "handlers settings screenshot.PNG".

Hi, this is a localisation issue, do you guys really try to reproduce
those? Just categorize this issue with the component  UI>Localization, this
should be sufficient
