What is the expected result?

All bubbles/dialogs and menus should have consistent corner radii and dialog color across all platforms. 

All bubbles/dialogs and menus should have consistent bordering and shadowing within each platform but not necessarily consistent across all platforms. Operating under the assumption that it's complex to change OS conventions for these two aspects of the design.

Material Design mean:
- dialog color (white)
- corner radii (8dp)
- row density (menus only)
