Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Chrome app
  2. Tap on History (Note: happens with Bookmarks, Recent Tabs etc.)
  3. Change device to landscape mode
  4. Back to Portrait mod

Observed results: Font size of Reading List label  is not consistent when changing device mode  

Expected results:  Font size of Reading List label  should be consistent when changing device mode
