What steps will reproduce the problem?
Unknown, has happened to me twice now where without electing to do so, i have become signed out of chrome with the red circular arrows next to my name in the user button in the upper right hand corner.

What is the expected result?
A single login screen


What happens instead of that?
A single login tab is created every ~3 seconds, stealing focus from whatever else you have been working on.  If you were attempting to log in, it is very difficult to complete because of the steady flow of new tabs stealing focus.
