Given that dev channel is going to googlers, this should probably block dev. 

It seems that this is a sync issue.

When I signed in to my test account, only my credit card were fetched and no profiles.
I manually filled one form, and this address was synced, deleting all the other addresses in my profile (pretty bad...)

After that, sync started to work normally, so I cannot reproduce.
This may happen when you upgrade from an old version to the current one.

I can't reproduce. Installed today's Canary and saw the addresses and cards being synced. Tested Autofill on https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/ and it works as expected.

69.0.3474.0 is old build, Still we are not able to reproduce this on that build or any other latest builds so far.

Let me know if it looks like this won't be fixed in the next couple days. I was planning to send out a dogfood announcement to Google-wide dogfood as soon as the new Chrome Dev build was pushed.

I tried really hard, but could not reproduce.
If the first reporter confirm that the autofill profiles disappeared from the settings, then it is a sync issue, and we will pass it to sync.
If not, this must be site specific (and again feedback from the user would be better).
Sync is in offsite today, I will ping them tomorrow.
