OS :Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.6,10.14)   OS

Precondition: atleast one password entry should be saved in 'chrome://settings/passwords'.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to 'chrome://settings/passwords'.
2. Click on eye icon of saved password (such that security window appear) and close security window by clicking on cancel button.
3. Now mouse hover on 'back' button on page and observe.

Actual Result:  'Show password ' tooltip is seen misplaced after clicking on eye icon of saved password.
Expected Result:  Tooltip should be seen on eye icon on mouse hover.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-67’ and will below is bisect info.
Good build: 67.0.3381.0
Bad build: 67.0.3382.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 546065 (known good), but no later than 546066 (first known bad).
